• We will arrange a replacement for any missing parts or manufacturing defects in the delivered product.
• To request a replacement, please contact us at Support@cutekitchenindia.com within 7 days of receiving the product.
• The replacement will be processed after verification of the issue and is subject to stock availability.

• Refunds will be considered only for genuine cases where customers report an issue by writing to us at Support@cutekitchenindia.com within 7 days of receiving the product.
• Once we review and approve the refund request, customers must return the product to our designated address.
• The refund will be processed after we receive the returned product and verify its condition.
• The refund amount will be calculated after deducting:
  
  • Reverse shipping charges
  • Applicable taxes
  • Cost of any defective or missing parts from the returned product
• Refunds will be credited via the original payment method within 7-10 business days post-verification.

• The return window is 7 days from the date the product is received by the buyer.
• The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received.
• Customers are responsible for securely packing the product to avoid damage during transit.
• Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it and notify you regarding the refund status.

• Customized or made-to-order cabinets cannot be returned or refunded unless they have manufacturing defects.
• Products damaged due to improper installation, mishandling, or usage beyond the intended purpose will not be eligible for return or refund.
