Commercial terms , Return Replacement and Refund Policy

At Cutekitchen, we strive to provide high-quality cabinetry and home decor solutions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return, replacement, and refund process under the following terms and conditions:

• Order placed cannot be cancelled after 24 hrs of order .
•  Delivery / Shipping time : Chennai & Suburbs : within 3-4 working days

                                                             Tamilnadu : Dispatch within 3-4 days Plus Normal Logistics time 

                                                             Rest of India : Dispatch within 4 days plus Normal Logistics time.

Replacement Policy

We will arrange a replacement for any missing parts or manufacturing defects in the delivered product within 4 working days.

To request a replacement, please contact us at Support@cutekitchenindia.com within 7 days of receiving the product.

The replacement will be processed after verification of the issue and is subject to stock availability.

 Refund Policy

Refunds will be considered only for genuine cases where customers report an issue by writing to us at Support@cutekitchenindia.com within 7 days of receiving the product.

Once we review and approve the refund request, customers must return the product to our designated address.

The refund will be processed after we receive the returned product and verify its condition.

The refund amount will be calculated after deducting:

Reverse shipping charges

Applicable taxes

Cost of any defective or missing parts from the returned product

Cost of Installation & uninstallation and packing costs.

Refunds will be credited to the bank account within 7-10 business days post-verification.

Return Process

The return window is 7 days from the date the product is received by the buyer.

The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received.

Customers are responsible for securely packing the product to avoid damage during transit.

Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it and notify you regarding the refund status.

Non-Returnable Items

Customized or made-to-order cabinets cannot be returned or refunded unless they have manufacturing defects.

Products damaged due to improper installation, mishandling, or usage beyond the intended purpose will not be eligible for return or refund.
